Role / Responsibilities / Opportunities

· Act as landlord/seller agent or tenant/buyer agent and effectively negotiate business terms and conditions for a wide variety of commercial real estate transactions.

· Seek acquisition, leasing targets, investment opportunities, and more!

· Network, develop business, cold call, and be proactive.

· Conduct property tours and explain features of properties.

· Develop pro-formas, market analyses, financial underwriting, market comparable reports, letters of intent, and market surveys.

· Locate and broker sale/lease acquisition of new properties to meet client's requirements and timeline.

· Facilitate acquisition, disposition, and lease transactions with an understanding of the client's strategic goals.

· Coordinate with legal counsel and other professional service vendors to effectively complete transactions.

· Master the real estate industry and develop lifelong friendships in the process!

· Create and maintain relationships with businesses in various industries for future purchase, sale, and lease opportunities.

· Work positively and collaboratively within a team of agents and company’s broker.

· Maintain high standards of ethics.

· Ensure all paperwork is properly completed and files are completely maintained on all transactions.

· Adhere to all state real estate agency requirements.

Qualifications/Experience

· Real estate license or desire to obtain licensure.

· Experience with and understanding of the commercial real estate process.

· Acute knowledge of the regional and local markets.

· Advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to conduct advanced financial analyses.

· Strong time management, documentation, and organizational skills.

· Strong oral/written/digital communication skills.

· Desire to network and develop business.

· Ability to work independently and in a team atmosphere.

· Ability to balance multiple priorities.

· Tech-savvy. Advanced computer software application (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher, etc.) and internet navigational skills.

· Decision-making capability with thorough understanding of procedures, company policies, and business practices to achieve general results and client-drive expectations and deadlines.

· Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.

· No prior or pending disciplinary actions, sanctions, lawsuits, or other claims.

· No criminal background.
